		<description>There are other ways to cut calories besides artificial sweeteners, such as stevia, a natural herb.  Some people complain about stevia having a slight aftertaste -- although some preparations of it are better than others -- so they keep on drinking either high doses of sugar or aspartame, which is a poison.  That is foolish.

It is amazing what &quot;slaves of flavor&quot; people have become!  I have found that I can get used to almost any flavor, within reason, and that the nutrition value of the food or drink we consume is far more important than the flavor over a period of years.

Thanks for continuing to remind us all about the importance of avoiding these dangerous excitotoxins!</description>
