How Mercury Destroys the Brain

Liquid MercuryMercury is a heavy metal that is very toxic to your body, especially your brain. Within the past few decades, mercury poisoning is on the rise due to the increase use of mercury compounds. Independent researchers suggested that mercury poisoning is linked to neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Common commercial products that may contain dangerous levels of mercury are: vaccines, amalgam fillings (silver dental fillings), fluorescent bulbs, high intensity discharge lamps (HID), thermostat probes, batteries, barometers, and certain type of thermometer. Out of all these products, vaccine is what I’m most concern about because it is injected directly into the bloodstream. For this reason, most of the mercury in vaccine can easily pass the blood/brain barrier. Once mercury is in the brain, it reacts with it by destroying neurological tissue. Studies have shown that small levels of mercury can affect how the brain develops. This may be why experts believe vaccine is a major contributor to autism.

The short video clip below does a great job showing how mercury destroys neurological tissue. The video is based on a study done by the Department of Physiology and Biophysics Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary.
