As far as I know, there is no water in the market that is free of toxins. Water sold on the market, such as bottled water is just as bad as tap water. Below is an excerpt from an earlier article that I wrote about bottled water.

Most bottled water that you buy at the store is not that much better than the water you drink from your faucet. The problem with the bottled water industry is that government standards are not very strict and these companies are usually self-regulated. Another major problem is that laws and regulations are not specific enough. Bottled water companies can easily manipulate their labels just like how the food industries can manipulate their labels. In many cases, chlorine is added to bottled water as a sanitizer to prevent organisms from breeding in the water. Chlorine is not dangerous in small amounts but it still affects your health and may cause health problems in the future. The chemical called phthalates found in plastic containers can leak into bottled water over time. High doses of phthalates have been known to disrupt hormones in rodents causing damages to the liver, testes and birth defects. According to the firm Research and Markets, 50 percent of bottled water sold in the market is processed tap water.

Most water sold on the market doesn't use filters that can effectively remove fluoride. Plus, a lot of the water are treated with chlorine.
