Detoxing your body of food and environmental toxins is very important for boosting your energy and health. Food and environmental toxins are becoming such big problems that they are threatening the survival of many species on Earth, including the human species.

Each person’s body is different so there is not a precise amount of salt and baking soda. I suggest starting with a small amount (1/4 cup or 2 oz) and increase as needed. If you listen carefully and pay attention to your body, you should know when you achieve the right amount of salt and baking soda. Just make sure the mixed ratio is 1/3 salt and 2/3 baking soda.
