The graph below showed the latest visitors and page views from Quantcast which is an Internet Rating Service similar to Compete, Alexa and Comscore. The thing that separated Quantcast from their competitors is that publishers can tag their website using a tracking javascript code from Quantcast. This allow direct measurement of site traffic instead of relying on panel-based data which uses web data from surveys to publish basic visitor profiles from those estimates. Quantcast can also used panel-based data and cookie corrected audience data to track visitors.
