One cone extend in front of the body and the other extend in back of the body. The area where they are connected is located at the center of the body. The energies that make up the two cones spin opposite of each other. Its energy powers the eyes, ears, hypothalamus, pituitary gland and pineal gland.

The area where they are connected is located at the center of the neck. The turquoise (light-blue) energies that make up each cone spin opposite of each other.

The sacral plexus chakra is orange in color. It is located near the abdomen, just beneath the navel. Like the root chakra, the sacral plexus chakra deals with sexual activities, but also reproductive activities, emotions and creativity. Its energy governs the reproductive organs and is responsible for nourishing the fetus.

The root chakra is an energy vortex located at the base of the spine that usually spins clockwise. Its energy nourishes the pelvis, sexual organs and everything below them. People who have a weak or closed root chakra will usually feel fatigue, lack physical power and sexual desire, and may lack the will to move on in life. Others may become violent or seclude themselves from society because they lack a sense of identity.

Happiness is something that most of us search for our whole lives because it gives us hope. Unfortunately, many of us are searching for happiness in the wrong places and time. When searching for happiness, we tend to rely on material necessities, such as money, jewelry, cars, drugs, etc. We also rely too much on other people, such as friends, family members and our spouse to fill the void (emptiness) within us. These external things can bring certain levels of peace and happiness into our lives, but they are temporary and is not true happiness. In order to find true happiness to help fill the void within us, each of us needs to look within ourselves and understand our own spirit/soul. By understanding our spirit, we will soon realize that we have been living a life controlled by our created false-self, the ego.
