2012 Event Horizon: Science of a Golden Age – Review

2012 is a topic that has become very popular in the media, especially on the internet. This topic is just going to get more attention as we get closer to 2012. The amount of information about 2012 is so overwhelming that if you do a quick search on Google using the term 2012, you will get more than 250 million results. With so much information about it how can you discern from what is true or not?

Most of the information about 2012 is highly concentrated on the gloom and doom part. This is designed to put the public in a state of fear so they are easier to control. 2012 is not the end of the world but is a special point in time when we are given an opportunity to ascend either to higher level of consciousness or descend to lower level of consciousness. It is also about transitioning to a new age called the Age of Aquarius. According to the Mayans and modern scientists, on December 21st 2012 planet Earth will be in perfect alignment with the galactic center (center of the galaxy). This galactic event is a cycle that happens roughly every 26,000 years. This event should mark the beginning of a new age which has been prophesied by many spiritual teachers as the Golden Age. These spiritual teachers believed that in order for the Golden Age to manifest, the old age must collapse to make room for the new age. During this transition, old systems and civilizations will fall, and new systems and civilizations will rise just like in the past. This is why many of the old systems that do not flow well with the Law of Creation are collapsing. The fiat monetary system is one of the systems that should collapse and it looks like Europe’s monetary system is next on the list. The United States of America is not immune to this collapse either.

Unlike most 2012 documentary, 2012 Event Horizon goes into great details about the year 2012 and backs it up with scientific evidences and spiritual knowledge. The speaker in this documentary is David Wilcock. He is a professional lecturer, author and filmmaker. He has done intense researcher on ancient civilizations, consciousness science, and new paradigms of matter and energy. He does a great job combining scientific and spiritual knowledge and explaining it in a way for everyone to understand.

In order for you to see the bigger picture of 2012, you will need to understand it from a scientific and spiritual perspective. This include having basic understanding of certain topics, such as: sun activity, planet alignment, the galactic center, the zodiac, ancient knowledge, ascension, past and present prophecies and consciousness. Once you understand 2012 from these perspectives, you may realize that it is not the end of the world but the beginning of a choice. The choice can lead either you to the path of enlightenment or the path of darkness. In other words, 2012 is not only about the golden age. The golden age can only occur if we choose to wake up and take control of our destiny in a positive way.

It is important to know that many of these positive changes are not certain unless we learn to cooperate with each other and become more responsible human beings. Small Tomatoes Remember back in your teenage years when you can play for hours without getting tired? Playing was so much fun back then because you barely had time to worry about your energy level. Now days, running a block without stopping for a drink of water may even be a challenge. What happened to all that energy? Well, all that energy never left. It is just that your body have gone through so much physical, emotional and mental abuse that it can’t perform as well as it used too. If you feel like your energy level has dropped tremendously since your teenage years, don’t feel bad because I have some health tips that should help increase it back to its normal level.

  1. Reduce stress: Being stressed all the time can tremendously lower your energy. One of the things that makes stress so harmful to your energy is that it can cause hormonal imbalance.   2. Positive attitude: When you have a positive attitude, your body is less stressed out. Having a positive attitude can cause your body to release certain healing chemicals. These healing chemicals are great for increasing your energy.
  3. Avoid junk food: Eating too much junk food will rob your body of energy because junk food contains toxins and very little nutrients. Most junk food are full of refined sugar (table sugar). Studies have shown that refined sugar is a carcinogen because when consumed it breaks down into toxic metabolite. Toxic metabolite can interfere with cell respiration; therefore, it lowers your energy damages your health.
  4. Consume more organic plant-based food: Unlike junk food, organic plant-based food usually doesn’t contain harmful synthetic chemicals and preservatives. Instead, it is full of essential vitamins and minerals which are needed for metabolism, growth and development. For best results, eat the one that is grown on soil laced with rock dust.
  5. Dietary supplement: Dietary supplement is more important than ever because of the lack of nutrient in today’s food. One of the main reasons why today’s food lacks nutrient is because it is grown on soil that contains little nutrient. The lack of nutrient in soil is mainly because of bad farming practices. This is why it is a good idea to take dietary supplement. Ten Neurotoxins You Should Avoid

Neurotoxins are substances that interact with nerve cells by overstimulating them to death or interrupting their communication process. This process is harmful to nerve cells because it can fry them or reduce their functions. Studies have shown that neurotoxins can shorten the life span of nerve cells and contribute to neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s Chorea and Parkinson’s.

The availability of neurotoxins have increased dramatically within the last few decades. Many of these neurotoxins are found in the food we eat and water we drink. One of the most widely used neurotoxins is found in many junk food. Even worse, it is found in baby food. If you have a new born or kids, you may want to pay close attention to the ten neurotoxins listed below. Kids are the most vulnerable to neurotoxins because their bodies are still developing. Most food products that contain neurotoxins have them listed on their ingredients list. If you find a food product that contains the neurotoxins listed below, you should avoid consuming it.

Ten neurotoxins to avoid

  1. Aspartame (also known as Equal, AminoSweet, NutraSweet, Spoonful): Very common in sugar free food products, especially sugar free gums and drinks. Most aspartame is made from the fecal matter of genetically modified bacteria. Studies have linked aspartame to diabetes, migraines, kidney failure, seizures, blindness, obesity, neurological disorders, mental illness and brain tumors.
  2. Monosodium glutamate (also known as sodium glutamate, MSG): Very common in chips, canned food, baby food and other junk food. Independent researchers believe that MSG plays an important role for neurodegenerative brain diseases, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. The evidence supporting their claim is that MSG destroys neurons in cells, especially brain cells.
  3. Sucralose (also known as Splenda): Very popular in sugar free products, especially sugar free drinks. Sucralose was accidentally discovered while doing research to create a new insecticide. In other words, sucralose is similar to insecticides. It is regarded as a chemical cousin to DDT. Sucralose is a chlorinated compound. When the body breaks this type of chlorinated compound, it releases very toxic chemicals.
  4. Metallic aluminum: Common in drinking water, over the counter antacid and vaccine. Aluminum is hard for the body to absorb but citrate or citric acid can dramatically increase its absorption. Vaccine is one of the major contributors to aluminum toxicity because the aluminum is injected directly into the bloodstream.
  5. Mercury: Common in fish product, vaccine and amalgam fillings (also known as silver fillings). Mercury can be found in drinking water too. Mercury is one of the most toxic neurotoxins because it easily destroys brain tissue.   6. Fluoride: Very common in drinking water and toothpaste. Fluoride was used to kill rats before it was introduced into consumer products.   7. Hydrolyzed vegetable protein: Very common in certain junk food. Hydrolyzed vegetable protein contains high concentration of glutamate and aspartate. In high levels, glutamate and aspartate can stimulate nerve cells to death.
  8. Calcium caseinate: Popular in protein supplement, energy bar and junk food. It is harmful to the brain.

  4. Alcohol is bad for the liver because the toxins in alcohol can erode liver cells. The liver has many functions, some of them are: filtering harmful substances, breaking down fat and producing cholesterol. If your liver isn’t working properly, your body will have a hard time cleansing itself.
  5. The toxins found in alcohol can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, you should avoid drinking alcohol beverages.
  6. Studies have shown that alcohol beverages can increase the risk of cancer because they increase free radical activity in the body. Free radicals are basically atoms or molecules that had loss an electron; therefore, they are very reactive. Free radicals are harmful to cells and DNA because they can disrupt their normal functions and cause mutations.
  7. Alcohol weakens the immune system because it disrupts cell activities by making the blood more acidic.
  8. Alcohol robs the body of essential nutrients. The toxic chemicals in alcohol disrupt the chemical balance in your body. One of the ways your body brings its chemical back into balance is by using nutrients.
  9. Alcohol raises blood sugar levels because it contain simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates are great for causing spikes in blood sugar levels because they are easy to break down into glucose.
  10. Alcohol increases the risk of obesity. Most alcohol beverages are high in calories and simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates are quickly broken down and absorbed by your body. This causes spikes in your blood sugar level. To bring your blood sugar level back into balance your body will end up storing the excessive blood sugar as fat.
