As of this writing, AddieUp is available in a 20 capsules or 60 capsules bottle. Each capsule is filled with a light brown powder that taste herbal-like and bitter. If you do not like bitter flavors, just quickly swallow the capsule and you should be fine. I took one capsule in the morning and notice a significant boost in awareness, focus and energy. I do not recommend taking this supplement on an empty stomach because it may boost your energy too quickly. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may also experience light upset stomach.

The suggested use for this dietary supplement is one capsule when needed and not to take more than three capsules in 24 hours. My suggestion is to take it when you need a boost of energy and not take it on a daily basis. The reason for this is because you do not want to become too dependent on any stimulant. The key is to take it in balance so it does not disrupt your hormonal systems.

AddieUp is not just good as a natural replacement for Adderall, but also good for replacing energy shots and energy drinks, and for helping people with ADHD.

Fat Free Food: Healthy or too Good to Be True

Fat Free Strawberry Protein BarFat free food products are popular among consumers because they think these products can help them lose weight. As a result, food companies are overloading grocery shelves with low calorie and fat free food products. A lot of food manufacturers claim that fat free foods are healthier than non-fat free foods. Unfortunately, their claims are misleading and can endanger our health.

First of all, a food that has a fat free label on its package does not mean that the food is totally free of fat. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling law allows food that is labeled fat free to contain less than 0.5 grams of fat per serving. The FDA does not specify how big the serving; therefore, food manufacturers can manipulate their food labels and make it seems like their food products are 100% fat free. For example, food manufacturers can make each serving very small so that each serving contains less than 0.5 grams of fat per serving. This creates the illusion that their food products contain little fat or no fat. If we add up all the servings, the food actually contains more fat than we may think.

“Fat” is a word that most of us shy away from because of how we are conditioned by mainstream media to hate this word. Since most of us see fat as a bad thing, food manufacturers could not wait to put fat-free logos on their food packages. Their fat-free marketing strategy has worked like a charm and it has made them billions of dollars.

Fat-free products may look healthier but usually refined sugar and other unhealthy ingredients are added to make up for the fat flavor. Refined sugar is one of your body’s favorite things to convert into fat because it breaks down quickly, causing spikes in blood sugar levels. This causes your body to secrete certain hormones to help bring your blood sugar back into balance. Most of the time, the excessive blood sugar gets stored as fat by insulin. In certain ways, sugar may be worst than fat when it comes to weight gain.

Fat is a macronutrient; thus, we need large amounts of it for normal body function. However, not all fats are healthy for us. There are three main types of fat which are trans fat (found in fried food and processed food), unsaturated fat (found in nuts and olive oil) and saturated fat (found in meat, butter, dairy products and chocolate). The fats that we need to stay away from are the processed and trans fat. Trans fat was invented by scientist to prolong the shelf life of commercial food. Processed and trans fat are great at clogging our arteries.

Most of us have been conditioned to believe that all saturated fats are bad. This belief is simply not very accurate. The saturated fat that is good for us is free of synthetic chemicals and most environmental toxins. This type of saturated fat is usually found in animals that are raised on pasture farms or their natural environment. If saturated fat was as bad as they claimed, heart disease would be very common among Eskimos because they eat a lot of blubber, which contains large quantities of saturated fat. The secret is to consume natural saturated fats that are free of harmful synthetic chemicals.

Fat free foods are usually not healthy because most of them contain genetically modified food and harmful synthetic ingredients, unless they are labeled 100% organic. Most fat free foods available at conventional stores are loaded with refined sugar and other unhealthy ingredients that are great at causing weight gain. For these reasons, if you want to stay healthy and slim, it is best to avoid conventional fat free food.

Three Common Household Products That Are Hazardous to Your Health

Non-Stick CookwareHousehold products are convenient to have because they can make your life easier. However, many household products sold in conventional stores are hazardous to your health. This article will cover some of the most common hazardous household products and show you how to avoid them.

1. Plastic Food Storage Containers

Most plastic food storage containers contain a very harmful chemical called Bisphenol A (BPA). BPA is a hazardous chemical known to mimic estrogen which can interfere with the hormonal system. Independent studies have linked BPA to many chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, infertility and birth defects. Canada has recently listed BPA as a toxic chemical and has banned BPA in many of its consumer products. Other countries are also following Canada’s action of banning BPA. To reduce BPA exposure, use plastic containers that are BPA free or use glass containers.

2. Non-Stick Cookware

Non-stick cookware was like a blessing from Heaven when it was introduced in the mid-1900s. With this type of cookware, it means no more soaking cookwares for hours and hard scrubbing them. The coating that makes cookware not sticky is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE is not dangerous at room temperatures but when it is heated to high temperatures, it releases toxic gasses that have been linked to cancer and even deaths in animals. Another health related problem with non-stick cookwares is that many of them have problem with their coating peeling off during cooking which can contaminate the food. To avoid consuming PTFE, use stainless steel cookwares along with raw organic coconut oil to cook food. Raw organic coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils to consume and is one of the best oils to cook food with. If you must use non-stick cookwares to cook food, only cook food at medium or low temperatures, and avoid overcooking food.

3. Air Fresheners

Air fresheners are so common in American homes that over 70 percent of them have some form of air fresheners. Air fresheners are also common in many developed countries. Unfortunately, most air fresheners contain very toxic chemicals. In 2007, NRDC did a study on 14 different air fresheners sold at popular convenience stores to see if they contained hazardous chemicals. Its study found that 12 out of 14 air fresheners contained chemicals that could cause developmental and reproductive problems. The chemicals that got the most attention were phthalates. Besides phthalates, air fresheners may also have other hazardous chemicals, such as benzyl alcohol, formaldehyde, camphor, ethanol, naphthalene and artificial fragrance. To use baking soda for absorbing bad odors, place a box of open baking soda in areas that have unpleasant odors.

One thing that I disagree with Mr. Gamble is the idea that we can truly solve poverty and save the human race by studying and utilizing the “secret of the Universe” in which he refers to as the torus field. The torus field is the unnatural version of the original magnetic field that surrounds all systems of the Universe, including our planet, bodies and cells. The original or natural version of the magnetic field that surrounds our bodies (also known as the human aura) and planet is shaped like a butterfly.

When the Milky Way galaxy fell onto the path of Death Science, its energy fields became severely distorted, causing a gigantic black hole to manifest at its center. This distortion changed the original butterfly-like shape magnetic field into the torus-like magnetic field that we see today. The torus-like field is known by certain ancient text as the “poison apple.” The reason why the torus field is called the poison apple is because it restricts the flow of living energy from Creation (God), causing death to occur. In other words, death is not a natural process.

Death only seems natural in systems that are based on Death Science. These systems are known as phantom systems. Depending on the size of a phantom system, it may take decades or billions of years to die. The Milky Way galaxy is a dying system because it has a black hole at its center. Eventually, the black hole will eat all the quantum energy and matter that make up the Milky Way galaxy. The dying of a galaxy takes billions of years, giving the illusion that it has an abundance of energy.

Because Mr. Gamble supports Death Science, his solutions for saving the human race will not be permanent solutions. Other than his support for Death Science, I do support many of Mr. Gamble’s solutions because they have great potential for helping the human race thrive to a better paradigm. If you are a truth seeker and have not seen this documentary, I encourage you to watch it because this documentary will help you become more aware. This documentary does cover a lot of problems that can be frightening to the average crowd but it also gives solutions to solve those problems. Highly recommended and a must see for people who love freedom, liberty and life.
