AddieUp – Dietary Supplement Review
Are you looking for an alternative way to boost your energy without the toxic effects of refined sugar? Or are you looking for a natural replacement for Adderall? If you are then AddieUp may be for you.
I first heard of AddieUp from a longtime subscriber. He briefly informed me through email about the natural ingredients and benefits of AddieUp. He also explained that AddieUp was created by Dr. Mike Baker, a chiropractor who had a vision of finding a safe and natural alternative to Adderall. His email got me curious so I decided to give AddieUp a try.
AddieUp is a dietary supplement specifically created as an herbal and natural replacement for the pharmaceutical Adderall, an amphetamine compound that has undesirable side effects and can be very addictive. AddieUp contains four different stimulants that have been known to help improve energy, focus, alertness and cognitive function. The four stimulants are Yerba Mate, Guarana, Caffeine Anhydrous and 1,3 Dimethylamylamine. It also contains three nootropics, Huperzia Serrata, Ginkgo Biloba and Choline. These ingredients are specially formulated to prolong energy, focus and concentration.

As of this writing, AddieUp is available in a 20 capsules or 60 capsules bottle. Each capsule is filled with a light brown powder that taste herbal-like and bitter. If you do not like bitter flavors, just quickly swallow the capsule and you should be fine. I took one capsule in the morning and notice a significant boost in awareness, focus and energy. I do not recommend taking this supplement on an empty stomach because it may boost your energy too quickly. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may also experience light upset stomach.
The suggested use for this dietary supplement is one capsule when needed and not to take more than three capsules in 24 hours. My suggestion is to take it when you need a boost of energy and not take it on a daily basis. The reason for this is because you do not want to become too dependent on any stimulant. The key is to take it in balance so it does not disrupt your hormonal systems.
AddieUp is not just good as a natural replacement for Adderall, but also good for replacing energy shots and energy drinks, and for helping people with ADHD.
