Acidic Blood: Five Ways to Prevent It

BloodThe human body works similar to how an alkaline battery works; thus, when its overall pH level is too acidic, its performance decreases. Acidic blood is toxic to your cells and organs because it weakens their physical structures and reduces their abilities to function properly. When your cells are impaired, they have a harder time destroying bacteria and virus. Acidic blood also creates an environment for cancer and diseases to thrive in. A healthy blood pH level is slightly above 7.0; any lower than 7.0 is considered acidic. The lower the blood pH level, the more acidic the blood becomes.

An acidic pH can occur from, an acid forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients.  The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals.  If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.

An acidic balance will:  decrease the body’s ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it’s ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it’s ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness.  A blood pH of 6.9, which is only slightly acidic, can induce coma and death.

Below are five ways to prevent your blood from becoming acidic.

  1. Avoid eating junk food because most junk food contains unhealthy ingredients that can make your blood acidic.
  2. Stay away from artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame and sucralose. These two artificial sweeteners are considered neurotoxins by independent researchers. Aspartame and sucralose can cause your blood to become acidic because they have very acid forming qualities.
  3. Limit your soda (pop) consumption or avoid it completely. Soda is one of the major contributors to acidic blood in the U.S. because its people drink it in abundance. Soda is also a major contributor to osteoporosis. When the blood becomes too acidic the body neutralizes it with calcium and other nutrients; therefore, causing the bone to become brittle. The pH level of soda can range anywhere from 2.0-4.0 which is very acidic.
  4. Eat more fresh organic fruits and vegetables because most of them are alkaline.
  5. Avoid fast food because it is great at making your blood acidic. Most fast food contains refined sugar and salt, and genetically modified ingredients.

The Relationship Between Diseases and Energy Frequency

Energy is the core substance of everything in the Universe. Without energy, there will be no life because life needs energy to fuel its existence. The energy that created our time matrix and Universe has a unique ability that allows it to have infinite expressions. This infinite expression is achieved through the use of frequency. Frequency plays an important role in the creation of our physical reality because frequency allows energy to express itself into any form, including molecules, atoms, planets, stars, biological life and even diseases. To be more specific, every biological or non-biological thing has a unique energy signature that vibrates at certain frequencies. Understanding how energy frequency works is important for your well-being because when your energy frequency is low, you are more vulnerable to diseases.

According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency. The study of frequencies raises an important question, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. Processed/canned food has a frequency of zero. Fresh produce has up to 15 Hz, dried herbs from 12 to 22 Hz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 Hz.

In theory, if you are able to keep your body’s frequency above 62 MHz, you should not have to worry about getting sick. To prevent your body’s frequency from dropping to lower levels, avoid eating junk food, canned food and processed food. Also, practice meditation on a daily basis because meditation increases the frequency of your energy. The idea of using frequency to cure diseases is nothing new. In fact, this method was put into practice by certain scientists in the early 1900s. Some of these scientists were even able to kill cancer cells without harming normal cells using only frequency generators. Unfortunately, most of these scientists gave up their practices because of threats from the conventional drug industry.

If one day they are able to create frequency generators that can harm more evolved organisms, the human race could face extinction. This is because with the right knowledge and technology, they can use frequency devices to create scalar weapons that can harm us and our planet. Scalar weapons are more powerful than nuclear weapons. In the wrong hands, scalar weapons can split our planet in half. They can also use frequency devices to disharmonize the frequency of our minds and bodies.

Synthetic Chemicals and Ingredients May Soon Be Considered Organic by the USDA

Organic VegetablesThe future of organic food could be negatively affected by the next USDA’s National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) meeting in Savannah, Georgia. At this meeting, certain conventional food companies are planning to lobby the USDA into passing laws to reduce the regulations on organic food or create more loopholes in the regulations. If they succeed, they may be able to get the USDA to approve the use of synthetic chemicals and unnatural ingredients in organic food. If the USDA allows this, it will endanger the integrity of organic food in the U.S.

The organic label was founded on the idea that food should be produced in concert with nature, without dangerous chemicals and synthetic ingredients. Another organic value: animals should be raised on real farms that treat them with respect, not exploited on “factory farms.”

Since the government began regulating the organic label, corporate agribusinesses and their lobbyists have been doing everything in their power to co-opt the values the organic movement was founded upon while taking a larger slice of the profit pie.

At their upcoming meeting, the USDA’s National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) has the opportunity to close loopholes and strengthen the regulations, but a handful of corporate sector Board members are attempting to do the exact opposite: watering down the standards.

If conventional food companies are allowed to add synthetic ingredients to organic foods, they may be allowed to add genetically modified ingredients (GM ingredients) to organic foods too. These standards will destroy the organic food industry, making it harder for consumers to find organic foods that are truly free of harmful chemicals. When it comes to health, organic foods outperform conventional foods by far. The main reasons are because organic foods are mostly free of synthetic chemicals and the USDA currently does not allow organic foods to be contaminated with genetically modified foods (GM foods). Independents studies have shown that GM foods can cause serious health problems.

GM foods are particularly dangerous for pregnant moms and children. After GM soy was fed to female rats, most of their babies died–compared to 10 percent deaths among controls fed natural soy. GM-fed babies were smaller, and possibly infertile.

Testicles of rats fed GM soy changed from the normal pink to dark blue. Mice fed GM soy also had altered young sperm.

Embryos of GM soy-fed parent mice had changed DNA. And mice fed GM corn had fewer, and smaller, babies.

In Haryana, India, most buffalo that ate GM cottonseed had reproductive complications such as premature deliveries, abortions, and infertility; many calves died.

About two dozen US farmers said thousands of pigs became sterile from certain GM corn varieties. Some had false pregnancies; others gave birth to bags of water. Cows and bulls also became infertile.

Out of these five, corn is one of the most common food that is genetically modified. Since corn is a popular dish for Thanksgiving, you may want to use organic corn.
  3. Cook foods that are fresh. Each day a food sits in the refrigerator, it losses nutrients. The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the more nutrients it losses. To prevent this, buy the food that you need on the day before cooking. Try not to buy it more than three days in advanced. If possible, buy foods from farmer’s market because they are usually more fresh.
  4. Avoid using table salt because it contains harmful synthetic chemicals. Instead, use sea salt but avoid the iodized sea salt and bleached sea salt. Himalayan and celtic sea salt are two good choices.
  5. Avoid using conventional cooking oil, such as corn, canola and cottonseed oil because most of these oils contain genetically modified ingredients, unless they are labeled non-GMO or organic. Plus, these conventional cooking oils are depleted of essential nutrients. One of the best cooking oils to use for cooking food is raw organic virgin coconut oil.   9. If possible use a pressure cooker to cook food. Pressure cookers can cook food faster, preserving more of its heat-sensitive vitamins.
  10. For baking food, instead of using butter or conventional oil to coat the pan, use pureed fruit to coat the pan. Pureed bananas, pureed prunes, applesauce and baby food purees are great for coating pans. Organic pureed fruit is preferred.
