Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS)

Miracle Mineral MMSMiracle Mineral Supplement (also known as Miracle Mineral Solution) is an effective microorganism destroyer made of sodium chlorite (an oxidizer), not to be confused with sodium chloride (table salt). The health potential of MMS was accidentally discovered by Jim Humble, an aerospace research engineer, in the mid 1990′s while looking for gold in the jungle. During his jungle trip, two of his teammates came down with malaria. Because no one in his team brought malaria medicine, he had to sent a few of his men back to the village to get it. After a few hours, the two infected men became very ill. Jim knew that the sick men could not wait that long for malaria medicine. He decided to gave them some stabilized oxygen in water to see if it can help reduce some of the symptoms. After four hours of drinking the water, they were walking and laughing again. Both of them seemed to be cured of malaria. This event stunned Jim and his men because it sounded too good to be true. After returning back to the village, Jim decided to use stabilized oxygen in water to treat villagers with malaria. Unfortunately, it only worked about 70 percent of the time. Even though it did not work as good as he wanted, Jim knew that he found something incredible. Upon returning to the United States, he got to work and perfected the formula. He called his final product Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS).

MMS first became really popular in Africa, Mexico and South America because it was curing all types of diseases, ranging from malaria, flu and even helped AIDS patients lived longer. The reason why Jim was not well known in the United States is because he did not want the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA to intervene. The FDA is in favor of the pharmaceutical industry who is not in favor of medicine that can cure diseases. Why? Because there is little money to be made in curing diseases. This is why Jim kept his MMS on the down low. While perfecting his MMS formula, Jim made a lot of friends who also had certain natural remedies that were curing diseases. Unfortunately, some of his friends got the attentions of certain people that worked for the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA. These people threatened his friends and some of them disappeared from the face of the Earth or went to jail. Jim did not want this to happen to him so he concentrated on countries that were not highly influenced by the pharmaceutical industry. According to Jim, his MMS cured 75,000 individual with malaria and 98 percent of them were cured within four hours. The cost that each patient paid to cured its malaria was less than a penny per day. No wonder he did not want to come out in public about MMS.

How does MMS work?

  • The secret ingredient in MMS is sodium chlorite which is very alkaline. When sodium chlorite reacts with an acidic solution, such as lemon juice or citric acid, it releases a solution called chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is not the same as chlorine, this is very important to know. If used correctly, chlorine dioxide causes little or no damage to the body. Chlorine dioxide is more environmental friendly than chlorine.
  • Chlorine dioxide has a powerful ability to oxidize. It is also explosive and will explode when it comes in contact with the right element. This feature makes it really effective at killing pathogens and microorganisms. When chlorine dioxide comes in contact with certain microorganisms in the body, it causes tiny explosions which destroys the walls of microorganisms. This makes it really effective at destroying them because microorganisms cannot become resistant to it. Chlorine dioxide is so effective at killing microorganisms that even the government is using it to kill anthrax.
  • According to Jim, the chlorine dioxide found in MMS can kill pathogen, bacteria, virus, fungus and parasites. Jim even found a way to use MMS for curing cancer patients. The only residue left from treating the body with chlorine dioxide is sodium chloride (table salt). Because MMS is great at killing microorganisms and is environmental friendly, it is one of the best solutions for treating water.

What is in MMS?

  • 72 percent distilled water
  • 22.4 percent sodium chlorite
  • Less than 5.32 percent sodium chloride
  • Less than 0.28 percent sodium hydroxide and sodium chlorate

MMS toxicity

  • Overuse of chlorine dioxide can lead to toxicity because it can displace iodine from the mitochondria of cells. It can also remove ions, such as iron and manganese from the body. Because of these effects, I do not recommend using MMS more than a week straight.

Jim Humble recommends taking one or two drops of MMS as the starting point. For the greatest benefits from MMS, you will need to activate it before consuming it. You can activate MMS by mixing it with lime or lemon juice drops, or citric acid solution drops. It is recommended by Jim to use five drops of lime or lemon juice, or citric acid to each one drop of MMS. After MMS is activated, mix it with a glass of filtered water and wait for a few minutes before drinking it. Activated MMS has a chlorine-like smell and taste. If you do not like the taste, mix it with 100% apple juice or other non-citrus juice. Avoid juice that contained vitamin C, ascorbic acid, and natural preservatives because they can decrease the effectiveness of MMS. Be careful not to add too many drops of MMS per serving because it may make you feel nauseous or cause diarrhea. Also, do not take MMS daily for weeks because it may lead to toxicity. I have not experienced any bad side effects from taking MMS. Although, the most I ever took per serving was five drops.

Vegetable Oil: Why It Is Bad

Vegetable OilsMany people think that conventional vegetable oil is healthy because it is made from vegetable. This assumption can be a danger to their health because vegetable oil is just as bad as junk food. Conventional vegetable oil is similar to junk food because it is processed. During the production stage, most of its nutrients are extracted which leaves only the oil. This means that when people consume vegetable oil, they are consuming nothing but fat.

Even though conventional vegetable oil is a healthier alternative to conventional animal oil, its cons far exceed its pros. Vegetable oil contains a good amount of saturated fat which stimulates the liver to produce more cholesterol. Whenever people consume too much vegetable oil or any similar oil, their liver ends up produce more cholesterol than their body needs. This is bad because it can increase the risk of heart disease. Too much of anything is not a good thing.

One of the hidden dangers of vegetable oils is that many of them are genetically modified. Corn, soybean, canola and cottonseed are the top genetically modified vegetable oil in the United States. US companies that manufacture genetically modified food, also known as GMO, are not required to label their food, which is why it is hard to tell if a food is genetically modified or not. Another oil you should stay away from as much as possible is hydrogenated oil. This type of oil is full of saturated fat, cholesterol and carcinogens which is why it is so effective at clogging arteries. Hydrogenated oil is usually found in chips, crackers, cookies, cereals and fast food.

To reduce your oil consumption, avoid eating fast food and junk food as much as possible. As for cooking, I like to use about 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil (non-GMO) and mix it with water. The water does a good job preventing the food from sticking to the pan as long as it is not being cooked at high temperatures. Medium to low temperatures work best but it does take longer to cook the food. Also, using a non-stick pan will prevent the food from sticking to the pan. Coenzyme Q10: Heart Health

Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance found in the mitochondria of cells. Coenzyme Q10 is responsible for nearly 95 percent of energy production in cells. This fat-soluble substance is found in high amounts in heart muscle because the heart is one of the organs that needs a lot of energy. People who lack this substance may experience chronic fatigue, irregular heartbeat, and even heart attack. Some of the reasons why people may lack this substance is because of poor diet, disease and aging. The body can produce Coenzyme Q10 in abundance but if the body is not working properly, it may not produce enough of it. If you are constantly fatigued or experienced irregular heartbeat, you may have low levels of Coenzyme Q10.

Meat sources usually have high levels of Coenzyme Q10. Plant sources also contain Coenzyme Q10 but not as much as certain meat sources. Because the body can produce this substance, I recommend getting it from plant sources. Most plant-based foods don’t contain cholesterol and other harmful substances that are destructive to the heart. Plant-based foods also contain essential nutrients for heart health. Some people like to get their Coenzyme Q10 requirement from supplements instead of foods. The thing people should be careful about supplements is that many of them don’t use natural ingredients and their claims can be misleading. Choose your supplement wisely and read the label before purchasing it. Many health experts agreed that people should take around 30 mg of Coenzyme Q10 supplement per day to help treat specific heart conditions.

Heartburn Causes and Preventions

Some people believed that heartburn is harmless but heartburn can actually increase your chance of getting esophagus cancer. Some studies had shown that heartburn may increase the chance of cancer by more than 40 percent. There are many causes of heartburn, one of the major causes is food with little enzymes. These types of food is one of the major causes of heartburn because it is hard for the stomach to digest. Enzymes are necessary for survival because they help accelerate certain chemical reaction and are involved in removal of toxins, immune function, coagulation, tissue repair and digestion. Some experts believed that drinking a lot of water while eating can also cause heartburn. Too much water can dilute stomach acid which makes it harder for the stomach to digest food.

Many people believed that heartburn is caused by having too much stomach acid. In most cases, their heartburn is caused by having too little stomach acid. The reason why low stomach acid causes heartburn is because having low stomach acid allows food to ferment easier. The longer food sits in the stomach, the more gas it releases which can cause the cardiac sphincter (also known as cardiac valve) to open. This allows stomach acids to escape into the esophagus and cause heartburn. The main causes of heartburn is improper digestion, not too much stomach acid. Therefore, using Rolaids, Tums or similar antacids will not solve the problem. Antacids do work as a temporary solution but relying on them too much will worsen your heartburn because antacids promote improper digestion. A better way to reduce your chance of getting heartburn is to eat food with enzymes. One of the best sources of enzymes are fruits and vegetables.

  • Drinking too much beer and caffeinated beverages
