Food Nutrition Tips
Food nutrition should be a top subject in school because it can save many lives and reduce our health care cost. Many health experts suggested that we should follow the recommended daily intake (RDI) of nutrient. This recommendation is not very accurate because it only recommends the minimal requirement of nutrient. In order for us to live healthy lives with little diseases, we need to consume more than what is required by our government and the food industry. Our body relies heavily on nutrients to help rebuild itself, fight diseases and use energy.
