Most people have a hard time finding happiness, because they are searching for it in the wrong places. Since the day we were born, society conditioned us to seek for material things, such as money and luxuries, to fulfill certain desires inside us. Material things are necessary to help us evolve, but when we become too obsessed with them, they destroy our connection to the infinite love of nature. This infinite love is what gives us life and joy. This is why most people who have achieved that state of being rich are miserable, because they have spent too much time and energy on seeking for material things.
We have known that cognitive bias (where we live, if we are a man or woman, our cultural and religious leanings etc.) colors how we interact with the world since Plato, but scientists are now continuously finding that emotions may have more to do with our physical health than anything else. Did you know, for example, that the heart speeds up without any physical activity when we are stressed out? This can lead to heart attack and a higher overall resting heart rate, which could lead to earlier death.
We all have to appreciate what we have more and value it. Great wisdom comes from counting our positives and being grateful for all the good things and people in our lives. We all know that getting a good night’s sleep is good for our general health and well-being. But new research is highlighting a more surprising benefit of good sleep: more feelings of gratitude for relationships.
Do you feel there is more to life than what you are being told? Do you sense you are here for a higher purpose? Do you feel that there is something wrong with the world but cannot find the answers? Do you want to know the answers to world peace, life, happiness, and liberty? Do you ask yourself these questions? Who am I? Why am I here? What is true love? Is there a God? Those questions are some of the most common questions that we think about as we get older. Unfortunately, many of us will fail to find the answers to those questions because our current society has conditioned us to focus our thinking within the box of conventional thinking. As a result, we tend to have a hard time finding happiness, success, and spiritual enlightenment, which in turn causes us to become lost, confused, and depressed.
Being successful and happy are two states of being that most of us want. Unfortunately, our society does a poor job teaching us how to create success and happiness. As a result, most of us have many difficulties achieving our goals and dreams. If you want to dramatically increase your chance of becoming successful and happy, you need to understand the three main forces of creation and use them wisely. We all are using these forces already, but most of us do not know how to effectively implement them into our lives.
Numerology is a numeral system that uses numbers to express a person’s characteristics, talents and path in life. It is a powerful system that connects numbers with fundamental laws of the Universe. The core numbers of numerology begin with five numbers, which are known as the primary numbers. These numbers may vary depending on what version of numerology is being used. Two of the primary numbers come from your birthday and the other three come from your name. These five numbers can give you a blueprint of who you are. This information is important for spiritual growth and happiness, because it can show you your strength and weaknesses, and what resonates well with your soul. For these reasons, numerology can help you find the right career and partner.
Forgiveness allows the body to heal itself, because it releases energy blockages that are caused by traumas. It also frees our body from stress and stimulates our energies back into balance. This is why we feel relief and more peaceful when we forgive others for causing us pain. It is important to know that just because we forgive people for causing us pain does not mean that we are approving or accepting what they done to us. When we forgive people, it is more about setting us free from emotional and mental attachments that are causing us discomfort. It is about understanding and letting go of the past so we can concentrate on the present and have hope for the future.
Love is something that we compassionately seek for because it gives us a sense of existence and being wanted. Our current society does a very poor job teaching us what love is, because it does not teach us the root causes of love and how it relates to our existence. Therefore, most of us grew up with the thought of love as feelings related to sexual desires. Love is not just a feeling but also a harmonic conscious energy of attraction that is always vibrating toward a state of balance and unity. In other words, it is a state of vibrational harmonization.
Sigmund Freud did a great job explaining what the ego is, but he also failed to mention many important details about the ego. The ego is a function in the mind that gives us awareness of what we are experiencing in a linear fashion. It acts like a tape recorder and is the observer of our thoughts and emotions. People who have an imbalanced ego will have a hard time finding happiness, because they do not really know what they want. An imbalanced ego can become overstimulated, which allows it to dominant over our thoughts and emotions.
The Universe is very intelligent and has created many systems that are so precised that it takes advanced mathematics, and advanced technologies to measure them. All of these systems contain universal laws but the laws may vary depending on the type of system. In part two, I mentioned about the Law of Attraction (first law) and the Law of Allowance (second law). These two laws are very important for our survival and happiness, but are incomplete without the third law. The third law is the hardest law of the three. When they are combined together, there is balance and harmony which is the fourth law.
