The lack of sleep can disrupt your hormones and energies causing you to feel fatigue or sick. On average each person spends about a third of his/her life sleeping. To put it in numbers, each person sleeps about 2,900 hours per year and about 6-8 hours per day. If you are not getting 6-8 hours of sleep per day, you are increasing your risk of sleep-related health problems, because your body will have less time to heal itself.
