The energy rush from XS Gold was about the same as the other XS energy drinks. Its energy was the most intense within the first 30 minutes. After that, it died down rather quickly and was noticeable up to 1.5 hours. I didn’t experience any bad side effects except for minor stomachaches and I felt a little bloated. The thing that concerned me about XS Gold is its high levels of vitamin B12, 8000% of the daily value to be exact, plus it is synthetic too. My advise is to avoid drinking this energy drink on a regular basis. Consuming too much synthetic vitamins and sucralose may be toxic to the body.

XS currently has 11 different flavors plus 3 caffeine-free versions, which adds up to 14 different types. All its energy drinks are low in carbs and sugar, and loaded with B-vitamins. Too bad its B-vitamins are synthetic, making them less effective. Some of its energy drinks have no carbs, no sugar, and no caffeine. One thing that concerned me about XS energy drinks is their high levels of synthetic vitamin B12. Most of them have 4,900 percent of the percent daily value. XS Gold has 8,000 percent. All of the XS energy drink flavors contain sucralose, an artificial sweetener known by independent researchers as a neurotoxin.
XS Citrus Blast’s energy comes from B-vitamins, amino acids and adaptogenic herbs. Its energy did not last as long as some of the XS energy drinks I reviewed but kept me alert and focus for about an hour. Two things that concerned me about XS energy drinks are their synthetic ingredients, such as synthetic vitamins, and sucralose, an artificial sweetener. One of the synthetic vitamins found in this flavor is vitamin B12. It contains 4,900 percent of the percent daily value. To be safe you should limit one can per few days or less.
Adding a tropical flavor to the XS line up is an excellent move for XS because it added something different to their energy drink line-up. XS Tropical Blast comes in two version, one has caffeine and the other doesn’t. Some people like to drink XS energy drinks because most of them contain 0 carbs, 0 sugar and 8 calories per can. Although these are nice features, it used unhealthy ingredients to obtain these features, such as artificial sweetener.
XS Cherry Blast is packed with adaptogenic herbs, energy amino acids and B-vitamins to boost your energy. XS Cherry Blast contains no sugar, no carbs, only 8 calories and is Kosher certified. These three features are made possible with the use of synthetic ingredients such as sucralose. Sucralose is an artificial sweetener known to have toxic effects on nerve cells. Please drink it in moderate.
XS Peach Tea Blast is an energy drink full of B-vitamins, premium herbs and energy amino acids to help boost your energy. This energy drink has no sugar, 90 milligrams of Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG’S), which is one of the most powerful antioxidants found in nature and only 1 gram of carbohydrate. These features sound incredible but are they as good as they sound. By doing a little research I found out that XS Peach Tea Blast is full of synthetic vitamins. Worst of all it contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener known by independent researchers as a neurotoxin. Please drink it in moderate levels.
The energy level from XS Tea Berry was decent. Its energy rush was more toward endurance energy instead of intense quick energy. Its energy rush can last over an hours. The nice thing about Tea Berry’s energy rush was that there were no bad side affects. Although, I did experience minor stomachaches and headaches. The side effects are usually caused by its synthetic ingredients and artificial sweetener (sucralose).
Get all the energy without the sugar and caffeine is what XS Cranberry Grape Blast is all about. This energy drink has no carbs, no sugar, only 8 calories and is available caffeine free. If you are a health conscious person, you may want to stay away from this energy drink because it contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener that is known to have toxic side effects. Also, most of its B-vitamins are synthetic.
Black Cherry Cola Blast’s energy mostly comes from B-vitamins which are great for increasing energy, boosting metabolism, enhancing cell growth and division, enhancing the nervous system and immune system, and keeping the skin and muscles healthy. Unfortunately, many of its B-vitamins are synthetic so they do not have all the benefits of natural B-vitamins. XS Black Cherry Cola Blast is one of my least favorite energy drink from XS. The two things I didn’t like about this energy drink is its lack of energy and strange flavor. I don’t recommend drinking this energy drink on a regular basis, because it contains a harmful artificial sweetener (sucralose) and synthetic vitamins.
XS Cola Blast is one of the newer XS energy drinks and comes in the limited edition krakoosh can. This carbonated energy drink contains no carbs, no sugar, only 8 calories and is Kosher certified. Cola Blast is an energy drink for people who wants extra energy without the calories. If you are worry about your health, stay away from this energy drink, because it contains a lot of synthetic vitamins and sucralose, an artificial sweetener known to have toxic side effects.
